We process orders within 1‑2 business days. Shipping times vary by destination: domestic (within the United States) orders typically arrive in 3–5 business days, while international shipments may take 7‑14 business days and are subject to customs clearance. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Free shipping is available on orders over $99 within the United States. For orders under $99, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

**Returns & Exchanges**

For the safety of our customers, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened or used items. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the matter with a replacement or refund.

Refused or undeliverable shipments may incur restocking fees and return shipping costs. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.
